Shipping available via USPS Priority. Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to start shipping orders. Tracking confirmation is sent by email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation please email info@tropicazaoc.com for further assistance.

We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.
